Lady Sybil star tells of eating disorder

JESSICA BROWN F I N D L AY has revealed she has been battling an eating di sorder since she was 14.

The ex-ballerina, right, who played Lady Sybil Crawley in Downton Abbey, said: “I felt alone for so long, and I just hid. Then I held my head up and instead of saying sorry decided to tell myself that I matter.” The actress, 27, added: “It’s about learning to stand up and say, ‘this is me, and that’s okay’.”
