• ½ lemon • ½ pear • 1¼ oz Tan­queray London Dry Gin

½ oz sim­ple syrup (1 part sugar to 1 part water)

Soda water Method Stack ice to the rim of a high­ball glass. Crush the lemon in a shaker and slice the pear and smash. Add the Tan­queray London Dry Gin and syrup. Shake, strain and spritz with soda.
