Tanqueray Winter Fizz by Kitchen Joël Antunès
• ½ lemon • ½ pear • 1¼ oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
½ oz simple syrup (1 part sugar to 1 part water)
Soda water Method Stack ice to the rim of a highball glass. Crush the lemon in a shaker and slice the pear and smash. Add the Tanqueray London Dry Gin and syrup. Shake, strain and spritz with soda.
