Why Her Mum Is Finally Speaking Out
The family secrets are set to be disclosed in two tell-all memoirs – and the Delevingne daughters have mixed feelings…
If one thing is certain, it’s that Cara Delevingne’s life seems pretty sweet right now. Not only is she making a very successful switch from supermodel to fully-fledged A-list actress (she’s amazing in the new clip of upcoming film Paper Towns, check it out), but she’s also making music with Pharrell Williams. Oh, and to top it off, as Look revealed recently, the 22-year-old’s love life is well and truly on track with musician Annie Clark (aka St Vincent) by her side, who she’s been dating since December.
Yet, while everything seems to be falling into place in front of the camera, behind the Instagram filters it’s a different story. Sure, she sees this book as a chance to set the record straight about everything she went through, but her daughters seem to see it rather differently.’
‘Differently’ is definitely the word. In fact, Cara’s older sisters Chloe, 30, and Poppy, 27, are said to be fuming at their mother’s plans. Because while Pandora, 55 – who’s been married to wealthy property developer Charles for 32 years – has previously spoken out about her drug use, the crux of these memoirs will reportedly be detailing the effect it’s had on her family.
