ow are you?!’ Made In Chelsea star Binky Felstead gushes as she greets us with hugs and kisses at a shoot for her new swimwear line for In The Style. Despite her massive successes – her previous ranges sold out – and being the face of brands such as St Ives, the 25-year-old doesn’t seem fazed.
With one million Instagram followers and a BAFTA to her name, Binky is used to being scrutinised in the public eye. But despite the pressures she is embracing her body and getting healthy. ‘I’ve got the gym bug!’ she laughs as she sips her peppermint tea.
And Binks certainly looks amazing as she braves the cold in her chic bikinis and swimsuits, add that to a sizzling on-screen romance with co-star Josh Patterson and it seems life’s looking pretty rosy right now…
Your previous lines for In The Style sold out in record time. Why do you think your stuff is so popular? Well it caters for everyone really; big boobs, small boobs, curvy, slim… Why swimwear this time around? I find it really hard to find bikinis that I think my body looks good in, so we’ve got swimsuits as well as bikinis. Swimsuits are really flattering. I like a patterned bikini top and black bottoms, I call it a Binkini. Oh my God, #binkini! We love it! Which celebs would you put in each of your pieces? MIC’S Lucy Watson could wear the neon one, I’d put Kim K in the khaki, Kate Middleton in the black bikini and Beyoncé in the leopardprint bikini (overleaf). How do you boost your body confidence? I always have a spray tan before a holiday. Make sure my hair’s looking great, make-up’s on point, nails are looking good. Go to the gym. Have you always gone to the gym? I started last year. I never thought I’d say I enjoy it but I do! It gets rid of my anxiety and stress. My trainer is the best! Do you suffer from any body demons? My hips. I’ll never be able to get rid of them because they’re bone, but I wanna get them pushed down a bit. Has becoming famous made your demons better or worse? I care more about what I look like.
