‘Do It Anywhere’ Summer Workout
Our fitspo crush Lucy Mecklenburgh is back with a beach body workout you can do in your hotel room. Because who wouldn’t want to look like Ms Meck in a bikini?
f anything motivates us to drag our butts to the gym, it’s Lucy Mecklenburgh, 24, in a bikini. Her online personal training programme Results With Lucy now has a whopping 250,000 subscribers, and, just in time for summer, she’s added a Beach Body programme. Along with two workout

What Is It?
‘It’s four HIIT workouts a week, between 45 and 55 minutes, a six-day meal plan and eating-out guide. If you wanna go on holiday and chill, that’s fine, but if you want to keep to the programme, there’s 10-minute mini workouts you can do in a hotel room. Oh, and motivational videos and fitness tests.’
Can Anyone Do It?
‘There’s beginner to intermediate and intermediate to advanced, so if you haven’t done a lot of exercise before, you’ll be fine. I like variety, so every session is different and – there’s pilates, yoga, kick training, cardio. The intensity grows as you go on.’
Get Beach Body Confident
‘Give yourself enough time. Take it day-byday, change things slowly. I like to have a short and long-term goal. If you’ve only got time for two workouts on week one, that’s fine. Focus on your good parts: don’t think “I hate my arms”, think “I love my boobs, I love my bum”, and show them off.’
