Scroll past the pictures of your mates’ kids and the latest #humblebrag statuses and you’ll find some of the coolest under-the-radar labels around
Ever noticed glossy campaign shots and images of gorgeous clothes popping up between the usual humdrum posts on your Facebook feed? Us too, and it’s opened up a whole new world of retail therapy. We’ve discovered a load of cool new labels by scrolling through Facebook. Take online boutique Silkfred, which has racked up more than 200k page likes in less than a year – it now has almost 430k – and is loved by Ashley James and bloggers galore. ‘When we get 100 likes per hour on a Facebook post, we know we have a good product,’ says Silkfred head of PR Laura Hartshorne. ‘Two of our dresses sold out in less than a day after we posted them on Facebook.’ As well as Silkfred, Olive Clothing and Nobody’s Child are the other Facebook faves that have caught our eye recently – we’re blaming it on Olive’s luxe outfit #flatlays and Nobody’s Child’s holiday-ready garms. Be warned: online shopping just got a whole lot easier… and more dangerous! Here’s what to buy from all three now.
