Salmon Fish Finger Bagel With Tartar Sauce

g skinless salmon fillet egg g sesame seeds tbsp rapeseed oil Plain New York Bakery Co Bagels, toasted heaped tsp tartar sauce g watercress 1 Preheat the oven to °C and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Cut the salmon into fingers – about
cm in length. 2 Whisk the egg in a small bowl, then sprinkle the sesame seeds onto a small plate. 3 Dip the salmon fingers in the egg, and then roll in the sesame seeds. Place on the baking tray and drizzle with a little rapeseed oil. 4 Bake in the oven for minutes, or until cooked through and golden. Spread the bagel with the tartar sauce, then top with the baked salmon fingers and watercress. 5 Place the bagel lid on top and serve.
