g skin­less salmon fil­let egg g se­same seeds tbsp rape­seed oil Plain New York Bak­ery Co Bagels, toasted heaped tsp tar­tar sauce g water­cress 1 Pre­heat the oven to °C and line a bak­ing tray with parch­ment pa­per. Cut the salmon into fin­gers – about

cm in length. 2 Whisk the egg in a small bowl, then sprin­kle the se­same seeds onto a small plate. 3 Dip the salmon fin­gers in the egg, and then roll in the se­same seeds. Place on the bak­ing tray and driz­zle with a lit­tle rape­seed oil. 4 Bake in the oven for min­utes, or un­til cooked through and golden. Spread the bagel with the tar­tar sauce, then top with the baked salmon fin­gers and water­cress. 5 Place the bagel lid on top and serve.
