i’m a mas­sive foodie, but since hav­ing a baby i’m more fo­cused on what i put into my body. i’ve started meal prep­ping – it takes up a lot less time than hav­ing to think about what to cook every day. My favourites are grilled chicken or fish along with lots of beans, sweet pota­toes and broc­coli.
