HOLLYWOOD GLAMOUR + ICONIC EYES
“I was dubious about this as it’s quite out there, but I actually love it. It’d be a great one to rock if you were headed to a winter wedding, so I’m shelving it for an occasion”
Deputy Beauty Editor Chloe Burcham
How To Do It
1 Apply your base as normal – I’m currently loving Estée Lauder’s Double Wear Cushion Stick, as its built-in applicator makes blending incredibly easy.
2 Start by applying a gold eyeshadow to your lids, then, with your eyes open, use a liquid eyeliner to draw a line above your crease, so you can see where it’s going. It doesn’t have to be perfect, so just go for it.
3 Next, groom your brows by filling in any gaps with light lines of pencil and brush the shade in so they look perfectly defined yet natural. Then apply a few lashings of mascara.
4 Now you’re done with your eyes, it’s time to apply your strong lip shade. A good tip is to use a wedge-shaped make-up sponge with a bit of concealer to create defined edges and pop this in your bag when you go out to help with touch-ups.
