‘I do High In­ten­sity In­ter­val Train­ing (HIIT) be­cause I want to be the fittest I can be. If I wanted to just look the best, I’d only do weights, but I stay away from them un­less I’m ex­hausted. I smash my core five times a week us­ing the TRX, my favourite equip­ment to use as it does iso­late your core. I also do lots of boxing, too, which shreds the fat and tones the core.’
