Burnt Orange Smoke

Joan Smalls’ copper eyeshadow proves you really can wear bright colours on your eyes and not look OTT. Created by celeb MUA Patrick Ta for the VMAS, the orange smoulder is perfectly accompanied by golden skin and an understated nude lip.

1 Coat the eyelid with Stila’s Perfect Me Perfect Hue in Imaginative, then take MAC’S Rule Eyeshadow into the crease. 2 Using tape or a card, line the corners of your eyes, creating a wing shape, and blend out, finishing at the end of your brow. 3 Press Adventurous from the stila palette onto the middle of the lid, then take a mix of rule and adventurous below your waterline and into the wing. 4 blend Becca’s Champagne Pop just above the eyeshadow and into the brow bone as a highlight and finish with two coats of Ciaté Wonderwand Mascara.
