‘Proats’ AKA Pro­tein Oats

‘My go-to break­fast when I have lit­tle in the fridge and my favourite thing to tuck into at night when I get home late.’

Heat 50g oats with 250ml al­mond milk for 5 mins.

Re­move from heat, add 2 tbsp vanilla whey pro­tein and 1 tbsp yo­gurt. Add fruit, peanut but­ter or dark choco­late.
