‘Proats’ AKA Protein Oats
‘My go-to breakfast when I have little in the fridge and my favourite thing to tuck into at night when I get home late.’
Heat 50g oats with 250ml almond milk for 5 mins.
Remove from heat, add 2 tbsp vanilla whey protein and 1 tbsp yogurt. Add fruit, peanut butter or dark chocolate.
