The X Factor judge has been slaying it on screen this series, so we asked Nicole Scherzinger, 38, how she really does it…
i don’t restrict Myself ‘if i am really trying to be fit, i make sure i don’t eat for a certain period before bed, for me it’s about four or five hours before. someone told me the best time to stop eating is 1 hours before you wake up. i eat carbs ‘i’ve done every diet and actually, eating bread works for me. after a while of not having it, you crave it and then when you do eat it, your body takes it in and goes ‘wow, what’s this?’, and then it sticks to you. i need the energy. my body needs carbs!’ i Like to twerk ‘there’s this dance cardio class that i take whenever i can, it’s called twerk Before you Work. it’s a lot harder than it sounds. it really targets your glutes but you’re moving so much too that it’s overall body cardio workout. i sweat it out ‘and when i want to get in really good shape, i also do hot yoga. an hour and a half of holding poses every day really does wonders for my body.
