i don’t re­strict My­self ‘if i am re­ally try­ing to be fit, i make sure i don’t eat for a cer­tain pe­riod be­fore bed, for me it’s about four or five hours be­fore. some­one told me the best time to stop eat­ing is 1 hours be­fore you wake up. i eat carbs ‘i’ve done ev­ery diet and ac­tu­ally, eat­ing bread works for me. af­ter a while of not hav­ing it, you crave it and then when you do eat it, your body takes it in and goes ‘wow, what’s this?’, and then it sticks to you. i need the en­ergy. my body needs carbs!’ i Like to twerk ‘there’s this dance car­dio class that i take when­ever i can, it’s called twerk Be­fore you Work. it’s a lot harder than it sounds. it re­ally tar­gets your glutes but you’re mov­ing so much too that it’s over­all body car­dio work­out. i sweat it out ‘and when i want to get in re­ally good shape, i also do hot yoga. an hour and a half of hold­ing poses ev­ery day re­ally does won­ders for my body.
