1 set your own goals and fo­cus on your own jour­ney. 2 do ex­er­cise that makes you happy. if you en­joy run­ning, run. if you pre­fer yoga, be a yogi. don’t force your­self to do a work­out you hate just be­cause it works. 3 eat ev­ery­thing in moder­a­tion. Fo­cus on pro­teins, green and whole foods, and then eat the foods you love in small amounts.
