Work out right

‘do exercise that feels loving towards your body, and that you actually enjoy. when you do exercise that you love, it becomes a celebration for your body, not a punishment.’

Raise your standards

‘don’t allow that negative self-talk – it’s not welcome. when it creeps in, replace the nasty words with positive love and support for yourself instead. remember, if you wouldn’t say it to a friend or your mum, don’t tolerate it from yourself!’

Stop and think

‘Every day, with everything you do, ask yourself: is this choice loving towards my body? does this feel nourishing? when you know you’re supporting your body rather than abandoning or neglecting her, you will have that inner confidence that you so deserve.’
