H’s Baked Coconut & Protein Cookie Dough
½ cup coconut flour 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp 100% cacao chips
Splash of almond milk Blend everything together, apart from the cacao chips. Once smooth, stir though the cacao chips, then bake in an ovenproof dish at 180°C for 5-10 mins.
Healthy can be tasty, too!
