Look (UK) - - FIT! -

1. Stand fac­ing each other about arm’s length apart and both drop into a90-de­gree squat po­si­tion. 2. Lift op­po­site legs to one an­other and gen­tly ‘kick’ to­gether in the cen­tre, stay­ing low in a squat po­si­tion. 3. Re­peat with the other leg and keep al­ter­nat­ing.
