Your New Moves
We’ve seen the odd bear crawl on a Joe Wicks Youtube vid but always thought it looks a bit…odd. You’re going to be a crawling expert this year, though. Bear and baby crawls are great for mobility, strength and fat burning and even gives your core a pretty good workout too. Winner all round, we reckon.
You’ll need to remain focused for this balancing act. Hint: it’s not a good move on a hangover. Similar to walking on a tightrope, slacklining involves walking along a strip of webbing fixed above the ground. If you want to work your core and improve balance, add this to your weekly workout list.
Not really a move as such, but completely essential to wellbeing. Health and fitness experts will be encouraging people to switch off, sleep more and get the necessary TLC our bodies deserves. So this year we’ll be balancing out our HIIT training and spinning with nighttime yoga.
