What To Wear... Pyjama Masterclass
It’s the fashion trend that just keeps on giving! This week you sartorial lot showed us that PJS aren’t just for bed
Hurrah! Our prayers have been answered – now on frosty mornings you’ll be jumping out of bed to get (back) into your cosy pyjamas. The ultimate all-rounder, PJ co-ords can take you from brunch to work to cocktails. To avoid looking like you’ve literally just got out of bed, opt for silky designs over cotton. It’s more forgiving on lumps and bumps and looks more expensive. This outfit needs height for the hem to fall correctly, so wear with stacked heels or pointed boots and team cropped styles with a lady-like loafer. If you’re channelling a more androgynous look, wear with a tailored coat or jacket, but don’t be afraid to experiment with prints and colours, especially for the evening. A bit intimidated by the head-to-toe look? Roll up the sleeves of a pyjama shirt and pair with your jeans or a leather skirt. See? We told you: all-rounder.
