Have break­fast. Al­ways! Eat lit­tle and of­ten. You won’t get su­per hun­gry, which is when you’re more likely to binge on sweet foods.

Keep a tar­get weight in mind. You’ll have some­thing spe­cific to work to­wards.

Make ex­er­cise eas­ier. I squeeze in a set of sit-ups, tri­cep dips and leg-raises while I’m watch­ing TV.

Treat your­self. Al­low treats ev­ery now and then, and take the time you need to lose weight safely. It’s a life­style change, not a race

Clear the junk. If you’re eas­ily tempted, get rid of junk food, snacks and sweets.
