Charlotte’s top tips for weight loss
Have breakfast. Always! Eat little and often. You won’t get super hungry, which is when you’re more likely to binge on sweet foods.
Keep a target weight in mind. You’ll have something specific to work towards.
Make exercise easier. I squeeze in a set of sit-ups, tricep dips and leg-raises while I’m watching TV.
Treat yourself. Allow treats every now and then, and take the time you need to lose weight safely. It’s a lifestyle change, not a race
Clear the junk. If you’re easily tempted, get rid of junk food, snacks and sweets.
