I Ditch Weights ‘It’s al­most a work of art to get a toned body. yoga and Pilates are very good for this. There’s no point do­ing weights be­cause you’ll get too strong and bulk up.’ I Eat Clean ‘For me, at 38, to get to a model body would be dif­fi­cult and re­ally quite trau­matic! But I try to eat clean and choose fresh foods.’ I Fol­low A Diet ‘Fol­low the Sirt­food diet, 100 per cent. It’s re­ally good and al­lows you have a glass of wine and a bit of choco­late.’ I Drink A Lot ‘Flush through a lot. I try to drink about two-and-a-half-litres of wa­ter a day.’ I Sleep More ‘Sleep is a mas­sive fac­tor. I get about seven hours a night. Try Ep­som salts in your bath, yoga and a book be­fore bed.’
