CHAL­LENGE TRAIN­ING ‘I work out ev­ery day at my favourite Lon­don gym, Evolve353. We do HIIT and weight train­ing. They’re so sup­port­ive of my chal­lenges and help me tar­get my train­ing specif­i­cally to­wards the next one.’

FOOD LOVER ‘Peanut but­ter balls with Whole earth crunchy Peanut But­ter! Blend a cup of oats with a tea­spoon of chia seeds and a tea­spoon of vanilla essence and a dol­lop of peanut but­ter, then roll into balls.’
