Clean sleep is, in fact, noth­ing new. But thanks to Gwyneth Pal­trow and her Goop lifestyle team who coined the ex­pres­sion, ‘clean sleep­ing’ is set to be the next big clean move­ment of 2017.

Es­sen­tially, it’s as sim­ple as try­ing to get good qual­ity sleep ev­ery night. A poor night’s sleep can lead to weight gain, bad moods and poor con­cen­tra­tion, not to men­tion dark cir­cles, blem­ishes and dull-look­ing skin.
