Mind The (Pay) Gap
Finally! The 6th of April signifies a huge change in Government policy, one that we’re fully on board with. The new ruling means all businesses with more than 250 employees will annually have to report the average difference in pay between their male and female employees not only on the Government’s website, but their own too. While we’re not expecting things to change overnight, it’s a huge step towards equality in the workplace, so we’re shouting about it loud and proud.
