Feel egg-cel­lent

In our opin­ion, there’s noth­ing that com­petes with Christ­mas, but we have to ad­mit, Easter comes pretty close. With the flow­ers in full bloom, Easter doesn’t just bring longer evenings and (hope­fully) sun­shine, it’s also a bril­liant ex­cuse to eat egg-shaped choco­late un­til the cows (and their new­born calves) come home. It’s not just the big eggs, either: the shops are packed with Creme Eggs, Mini Eggs and – as a non­choco­late al­ter­na­tive – hot cross buns.
