Ahi Bowl by London’s Is­land Poké

The bowl con­sists of sea­soned sushi rice, 90 grams sashimi grade yel­low fin tuna, 3g grated gin­ger, ½ tsp tograshi (pep­per blend), sliced spring onion to taste, 25ml light soy sauce, 25ml pure sesame oil and a dash of mirin. For the pineap­ple salsa, mix 50g fresh pineap­ple, 20g fresh pineap­ple juice, 5g grated gin­ger, juice of half a lime, red chilli to taste. Top with 40g wakame sea­weed, crispy onion and mixed sesame seeds!
