Peaches & Cream Pop­si­cles

● 4 ripe peaches, stoned and quar­tered ● 2 tbsp honey ● 300g co­conut yo­gurt or Greek yo­gurt


1 Put the peaches in a blender with 1 tbsp of the honey and whizz un­til smooth. Sep­a­rately blend the yo­gurt with the other 1 tbsp of honey. 2 Have eight pop­si­cle con­tain­ers at the ready. Pour a quar­ter of the peach mix­ture across the eight pop­si­cle con­tain­ers, then a quar­ter of the yo­gurt mix­ture. Con­tinue to layer the peach and yo­gurt mix­tures three more times. 3 Add lolly sticks and freeze overnight or for six hours. These keep for 2-4 weeks in the freezer.
