Peaches & Cream Popsicles
● 4 ripe peaches, stoned and quartered ● 2 tbsp honey ● 300g coconut yogurt or Greek yogurt
1 Put the peaches in a blender with 1 tbsp of the honey and whizz until smooth. Separately blend the yogurt with the other 1 tbsp of honey. 2 Have eight popsicle containers at the ready. Pour a quarter of the peach mixture across the eight popsicle containers, then a quarter of the yogurt mixture. Continue to layer the peach and yogurt mixtures three more times. 3 Add lolly sticks and freeze overnight or for six hours. These keep for 2-4 weeks in the freezer.
