How­ever, Dove Den­mark’s new PR strat­egy has to be its most in­no­va­tive yet. Called Image_hack, its sole pur­pose is to break the un­re­al­is­tic im­age of women por­trayed in the me­dia. Hand­ing the power over to Dove’s ad­ver­tis­ers, brands are able to se­lect which im­age they want to fea­ture via a bank of Dove-ap­proved shots. In­clud­ing women of all ages, races, shapes, sizes and back­grounds, it’s prov­ing so suc­cess­ful you can ex­pect to see it land­ing on our shores soon…
