‘I work out every day. I do ei­ther Tracy An­der­son, Soulcy­cle, or Barry’s Boot­camp. I get up about 6am, work out, get the kids up, get them changed, give them break­fast, take them to school, then do more work­ing out be­fore I go to the of­fice. And to do all of that, I’ve got to fuel my body cor­rectly.’

‘I don’t think you re­alise how im­por­tant [a healthy life­style is] un­til you get older. You re­alise how vi­tal it is to wear sun­screen, to drink lots of wa­ter, to clean se, tone, mois­turise, take vi­ta­mins, eat the right foods. I eat lots of good fats in av­o­ca­dos, nuts and seeds.’

‘I use co­conut oil, the kind of oil that you would cook with. I use it all over my body, be­cause it’s re­ally, re­ally moisturising.’

‘I think it’s very im­por­tant to drink lots of wa­ter and get as much sleep as you can. But when you have four chil­dren, that’s eas­ier said than done.’
