I fell in love with yoga, and be­gan prac­tis­ing daily, but I also stretch when do­ing home ac­tiv­i­ties, like read­ing a book. I want to be stretchy well into my eight­ies!’

long and lean ‘I work out at least five times a week. I pre­fer us­ing my own body­weight to build long, lean mus­cle; I’m ob­sessed with mat Pi­lates! I’ve seen a change in my body since I started.’ Food For abs ‘I don’t count calo­ries but I am very mind­ful about what I put in my body. My diet is su­per­clean. I eat mostly or­ganic fresh foods and I truly be­lieve food is medicine. I per­son­ally don’t eat meat or wheat.’

Treat your­self well ‘Love the body you’re in, and show that you love it. Hon­our your body with some type of move­ment for at least 0 min­utes a day and eat lots of fruit and veg.’
