A ‘thank You’ A DAY…

We all know that say­ing ‘thank you’ con­sti­tutes ba­sic good man­ners, but did you know it’s been sci­en­tif­i­cally proven that grat­i­tude can make you hap­pier and health­ier? Stud­ies have shown grate­ful peo­ple have more suc­cess­ful re­la­tion­ships, more op­por­tu­ni­ties at work and are less likely to suf­fer aches and pains. And we can think of no one more de­serv­ing of thanks than our coun­try’s nurses, who are be­ing hon­oured on 12 May.
