Look (UK) - - BEAUTY -

3-6 MONTHS BEFORE

i started my health and fitness plan (clean eating and good skin go hand-in-hand) and started using skinade [£105 for a 30-day supply] every day, either after my workout or before bedtime. i also added a dermapen treatment to my routine (about twice a week) to tighten my skin. with a four-week break in between, i continued this in the lead-up to the wedding.

1-3 MONTHS BEFORE

I began taking Super Elixir With Caddy [300g, £96] every morning. I also switched my Dermapen treatment for mesotherapy, which focuses on skin hydration and brightening, as well as using Glamglow Thirstymud Treatment [£39] twice a week. I then started applying Time Bomb Peel & Reveal [£48] before bed, twice a week.

1-2 WEEKS BEFORE

my skin was looking great, my diet was clean and i was working out, so i decided to give my skin a break to relax a little from all of the hard work it had been doing resurfacing. i used my facial massage technique (as i do each and every night) while i lay in bed, using Time bomb youth Juice oil [£42] to boost circulation, cell turnover and skin hydration.

THE NIGHT BEFORE

I cleansed my skin with Sunday Riley Blue moon Tranquillity Cleansing Balm [£46], massaging my face and neck to brighten and tighten. I ran a bath and used Jo malone Pomegranate Noir Bath oil [200ml, £58], then applied Estée lauder advanced Night Repair Sheet mask [£14.40] for 15 minutes. I finished with a facial massage using oils, followed by a layer of St Tropez tan.

ON THE DAY

i woke up to beautifully plumped and dewy skin, thanks to the hard work i’d put into it over the past six months. i splashed my face with water and swept on SK-II Facial Treatment essence [£139]. i then massaged my daily dose of sisley confort extreme day cream [£129] into my skin for a good five minutes before heading to my make-up artist.
