Out of the 25 most pinned wed­ding dresses on Pin­ter­est last year, 56 per cent were sleeve­less. With a large num­ber of the most pop­u­lar dresses show­cas­ing your up­per body, try this rou­tine daily for an ex­tra con­fi­dence boost on the big day...

1. Arm Cir­cles

Ex­tend arms to a 90-de­gree an­gle. Make 20 cir­cles for­ward fol­lowed by 20 back­wards.

2. Bi­cep Curl And Over­head press

Hold­ing a pair of dumb­bells, al­low your arms to hang by your side with palms fac­ing for­ward. Bring the dumb­bells to­wards your shoul­ders, then push the weights above your head un­til arms are fully ex­tended. Bring the weights down to your shoul­ders and ex­tend your arms to fin­ish.

3. re­verse Fly

Hold­ing a pair of dumb­bells, stand with your feet hip­width apart, knees bent. With palms fac­ing, al­low your arms to hang down. Raise both arms out to the side.
