with sticky honey mustard and red onion marmalade

2tsp honey For the marmalade: 1 tsp olive oil 1 red onion,chopped ½ tsp sugar 1tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 Pre-heat oven to 200°C/180°C fan oven. Prick sausages, then roast for about 25 minutes, turning once, until cooked through. 2 Meanwhile prepare the red onion marmalade. Fry the red onion in oil in a pan over a medium-low heat until soft, then add the sugar and balsamic vinegar. 3 Mix the mustard and honey.slicesausages and toss in the mixture. 4 Toast the bagel, then spread the red onion marmalade on the lower half. Add the sausages and top with the other half of the bagel. Enjoy!
