2tsp honey For the mar­malade: 1 tsp olive oil 1 red onion,chopped ½ tsp sugar 1tbsp bal­samic vine­gar 1 Pre-heat oven to 200°C/180°C fan oven. Prick sausages, then roast for about 25 min­utes, turn­ing once, un­til cooked through. 2 Mean­while pre­pare the red onion mar­malade. Fry the red onion in oil in a pan over a medium-low heat un­til soft, then add the sugar and bal­samic vine­gar. 3 Mix the mus­tard and honey.slice­sausages and toss in the mix­ture. 4 Toast the bagel, then spread the red onion mar­malade on the lower half. Add the sausages and top with the other half of the bagel. En­joy!
