Day on a plate
BREAKFAST: poached egg on toast and apple juice.
LUNCH: leek and potato soup with a yogurt and some fruit. DINNER: Chicken with rice and veg; a good mix of protein, carbs and veg.
SNACK: protein bar.
Before a match: ‘I eat poached egg and beans on toast; I need a good amount of carbs and protein for energy.’
After a match: ‘I like going for a Chinese. My favourite meal is prawn toast and shredded chilli chicken with Singapore vermicelli.’
