BREAK­FAST: poached egg on toast and ap­ple juice.

LUNCH: leek and potato soup with a yo­gurt and some fruit. DIN­NER: Chicken with rice and veg; a good mix of pro­tein, carbs and veg.

SNACK: pro­tein bar.

Be­fore a match: ‘I eat poached egg and beans on toast; I need a good amount of carbs and pro­tein for en­ergy.’

After a match: ‘I like go­ing for a Chi­nese. My favourite meal is prawn toast and shred­ded chilli chicken with Sin­ga­pore ver­mi­celli.’
