Wonder Woman hits cinemas on Thursday June 1 – hurrah! To celebrate, we chatted to personal trainer Amy Golby to find out exactly how to get a superhero bod – just like Gal Gadot.
‘She has gone through quite a transformation,’ says Amy.
‘To get that shape her training plan would have consisted of five sessions a week, using a mix of HIIT, martial arts and pilates to build power, and increase her endurance -– helping to sculpt a long, lean and trim figure.
‘To achieve a wonder woman body, diet is also key. Sticking to five small meals a day will keep you fuelled and full – while also maintaining your metabolism. Make sure each meal has equal amounts of lean protein and wholegrain carbs, including plenty of fruit and vegetables.’
