BREAK­FAST ‘Por­ridge with milk, ba­nanas and berries. Some­times I add protein pow­ders.’ LUNCH ‘Eggs on toast. Af­ter I’ve been for a ride, I need protein and carbs.’ DIN­NER ‘Fish with veg.’ SNACKS ‘Greek yo­gurt, a protein bar and nuts. I make a big flap­jack at the start of the week with oats, nuts, ba­nanas and dates.’
