Concert at lunch

THE lunchtime concert at Loughborough Baptist Church on Tuesday, October 17, at 12.45pm, will be given by Jennifer Hu.

Jennifer is a student at the Endowed Schools in Loughborough who started playing the piano at the age of seven and has been taught by Marlene Fleet in Leicester.

Jennifer has taken part in several regional music competitions and was awarded the Young Performer of the Year prize at the Leicester Arts and Music Festival in 2016.

She has since been awarded the Janet Hughes and the Phyllis Mary Brearley prizes in Nuneaton and the Javis Cup at the Leicester Festival in 2017.
