Ketchup style artist’s show

OBERON Gallery in Le­ices­ter will be host to crit­i­cally-ac­claimed ci­tyscape artist Ed­ward Waite to show­case his latest col­lec­tion ‘The Fast Pace of City Life’ on Satur­day, Oc­to­ber 14.

Famed for his ketchup bot­tle style of paint­ing and one of the art scene’s hottest emerg­ing artists, Oberon Gallery will take you to New York, Lon­don, Paris and Rome – all from the com­fort of the Loseby Lane gallery.

Guests will not only be able to view and pur­chase his col­lec­tion of orig­i­nals and sketches, but also meet Ed­ward Waite in per­son at the ex­clu­sive Meet the Artist event.

Oberon Gallery of Le­ices­ter is pas­sion­ate about Fine Art and is backed by 30 years’ ex­pe­ri­ence in the in­dus­try. The two-level gallery of­fers a unique ex­pe­ri­ence and per­sonal ser­vice in a re­laxed and friendly en­vi­ron­ment. This event fol­lows the hugely suc­cess­ful art show­case events for TV’s Timmy Mal­lett and Leigh Lam­bert.

It will be open from 1pm-5pm on the day to browse the col­lec­tion along with hot choco­late and marsh­mal­lows pre­pared by master choco­latiers, Co­coa Amore of Sil­ver Street.

An edited se­lec­tion of Ed­ward Waite’s work is on per­ma­nent dis­play at Oberon Gallery of Le­ices­ter.
