RSPB group to host talk about Ethiopia
THE Loughborough RSPB Group is hosting a talk on the birds, landscape and history of Ethiopia in Loughborough on Friday, October 12.
It will be a birders perspective of the Northern Historical Circuit followed by a journey down the Rift Valley, stopping off at bird-rich lakes before venturing up into the Bale Mountains and exploring their unique wildlife. Discover the positive and beautiful side of a country steeped in history but normally portrayed for its famines and political troubles.
It takes place from 7.45pm to 9.45pm at the Lecture Theatre U020, Brockington Building, Loughborough University. Epinal Way, Loughborough.
It costs £3.50 local group members, £4 for non-members, LU students free with SU card.
