What to look for and which model is for you

Let’s face it: everyone wants to get the most for their money. Apart from houses, cars are probably the most expensive purchase we’ll make, so you want to buy the right one. We’ve scoured the scene and picked out the Land Rovers that are the bargains of the moment – vehicles you’ll be able to buy and enjoy straight away without forking out a fortune.

But getting a lot of metal for your money doesn’t neccesarily mean you’ve unearthed a bargain. You’ve got to know what goes wrong, so you won’t get any nasty shocks to the wallet in a couple of months. To that end, Martin Domoney, LRO’S workshop writer, highlights the more common faults that are to be found on each model.
