Com­pe­ti­tion win­ner brings book to life in the stu­dio

AN au­thor went into the record­ing stu­dio with a com­pe­ti­tion win­ner she picked to bring her book to life.

Lorna Ri­ley, 35, is about to self-publish ‘Sir Nib­bles, The Fa­mouse Cup­board Raider Ex­traor­di­naire’, about a mouse who un­der­takes a mis­sion to try to get hold of his favourite food – corn­flakes.

And as part of the re­lease Lorna ran a com­pe­ti­tion to help choose some­one to voice the en­hanced iPad and iPhone e-edi­tion of the chil­dren’s book.

En­trants had to send a record­ing of them­selves say­ing ‘ He’s Sir Nib­bles, The Fa­mouse Cup­board Raider Ex­traor­di­naire’ to be in con­tention to grab the vo­cal spot.
