●● RE­CENT cases heard at Macclesfield and South and East Cheshire Mag­is­trates Courts: ●● SIMON Antony Mor­ris, 45, of Hurds­field Road, Macclesfield, ad­mit­ted as­sault and crim­i­nal dam­age. He was given an 18 month com­mu­nity or­der with su­per­vi­sion and or­dered to pay £100 com­pen­sa­tion to the vic­tim and £470 costs. ●● THERESA Jayne Bai­ley, 36, of Spin­ners Lane, Poyn­ton, ad­mit­ted pos­sess­ing am­phet­a­mine, a Class B drug, on School Lane on De­cem­ber 18, 2014. She was fined £75. ●● JOR­DAN Peter Hee­ley, 23, of Sand­wich Drive, Tyther­ing­ton, ad­mit­ted us­ing threat­en­ing, abu­sive or in­sult­ing words or be­hav­iour to­wards James Orr on Mill Street on Septem­ber 26, 2014. He was fined £275. ●● JAMES Orr, 26, of Hen­ley Close, ad­mit­ted us­ing threat­en­ing, abu­sive or in­sult­ing words or be­hav­iour to­wards Jor­dan Peter Hee­ley on Mill Street on Septem­ber 26, 2014. He was fined £320. ●● HOLLY Cham­ber­lain, 28, of Ash­ton Av­enue, Macclesfield, ad­mit­ted driv­ing a Toy­ota Aygo with­out due care and at­ten­tion and fail­ing to stop af­ter an ac­ci­dent on Bir­tles Lane, on June 9, 2014, which caused per­sonal in­jury to Daniel Peter Grew. She was fined £200 with £320 costs.
