Charity concert is a big success
A CONCERT to thank charities for supporting a boy born with a rare heart condition has raised £3,600.
The event at St Peter’s Church in Prestbury called Heart Felt Chords, was organised by the fanily of Ted Rourke who was born with Tetralogy of Fallot.
More than 300 people helped raise cash for Alder Hey Children’s Hospital, British Heart Foundation and Lagan’s Foundation.
Ted’s mum Sian said: “The concert was a huge success. Thank you to the very talented musicians that attended to support our fundraising.”
