Cin­der­ford cap­tain Mike Wil­cox got the vis­i­tors’ third try.

Macclesfield re­sponded with a Jor­dan Brookes try which put the wind in the sails of the hosts.

The Blues kept the pres­sure on and Ollie Fewtrell added a fan­tas­tic score which Tom Eaton con­verted to make it 17-22.

On the stroke of half time Brookes snuck in for an­other try, Eaton con­verted and gave the home side the lead.

St­ef­fan Haw­ley re­gained the lead for Cin­der­ford on 45 min­utes and Sheedy added three soon af­ter.

Rho­dri Mayor re­sponded for The Blues, div­ing into the cor­ner, Eaton con­verted to make it 31-32 and pile pres­sure onto Cin­der­ford.

Cin­der­ford then se­cured a penalty try af­ter The Blues bought down a maul that was head­ing for the line.

The fi­nal score came from an­other Cin­der­ford maul as the game fin­ished 31-44.
