Chance for nurses to check out Trust roles

Macclesfield Express - - CHARITY ROUND-UP -

NURSES are encouraged to go along to an special open day to find out what roles are available in the East Cheshire NHS Trust.

The Trust is hosting the event on Saturday, May 16, to highlight the opportunities for newly-qualified and experienced nurses in both acute and commu- nity roles in Macclesfield.

The event, at New Alderley House on the Macclesfield Hospital site, runs from 10am to 2pm.

Attendees will be able to speak to existing nurses, sisters and managers. There will also be demonstrations from the trust’s clinical skills team to highlight training opportunities at the trust.

Visitors will also be able to apply and be interviewed on the day, with the potential for offers of employment to be made to suitable candidates very soon afterwards.

Kath Senior, director of Nursing, Performance and Quality at the trust. said: “East Cheshire is a great place to work with supportive and caring teams who are highly committed to providing high-quality care.

“I hope as many nurses as possible will come down on Saturday to see what we have to offer.”
