●● A FAM­ILY stage show will be per­formed at Bolling­ton Arts Cen­tre on Sun­day, May 17.

David Gibb’s new mu­si­cal chil­dren’s piece Let­ters Through Your Door is a fun and ex­cit­ing stage show packed full of catchy and toe tap­ping num­bers per­fect for chil­dren from age three and their fam­i­lies.

Tick­ets for chil­dren un­der 16 cost £4, adults £6, fam­ily of four £18. It starts at 2.30pm. ●● THE LAT­EST show for Bolling­ton Folk Club will take place on Fri­day, May 22 with a per­for­mance by Michelle Hold­ing and Bonz.

Michelle sings tra­di­tional and con­tem­po­rary Bri­tish and Amer­i­can songs, play­ing gui­tar, banjo and con­certina. Her ac­com­pa­nist Bonz plays do­bro, banjo and har­mon­ica, and pro­vides har­mony vo­cals. The show is at 8.30pm at the Dog and Partridge, on Palmer­ston Street.

Tick­ets cost £7 on the door. ●● A KNIT and nat­ter group is meet­ing at The Vale Inn to­day (Wed­nes­day).

It’s a friendly group for begin­ners and ex­pe­ri­enced knit­ters and cro­chet­ters.

The group meets on the sec­ond Wed­nes­day of the month, from 8pm.
