Askey a big draw for new signing
THEO Bailey-Jones, who enjoyed a successful loan spell at Macclesfield last season, has joined the club on a permanent deal.
Bailey-Jones impressed in his first five games and boss John Askey was quick to extend his loan stay until the end of the season.
Now he is looking forward to continuing where he left off for the Silkmen.
“I’m really looking forward to getting back and hopefully having a good

season,” he said.
“Hopefully we will make the play-offs or get promoted automatically.
“We can learn from the disappointing end to last season and build on it.”
Bailey-Jones is an admirer of Askey’s style of play and said the manager was a major influence in his decision to sign.
“I like the style of play and the way the gaffer trains, so I couldn’t wait to come back and sign again,” he said.
“I’m one of those players that needs a manager to believe in him.”
