Sum­mer party is sale sneak preview

THERE was a party at­mos­phere as Arighi Bianchi cel­e­brated the launch of its sum­mer sale with a preview event that in­cluded live mu­sic, chilled prosecco and straw­ber­ries and cream.

Cus­tomers were wel­comed into the flower-filled court­yard of the his­toric fur­ni­ture store, where they sat and re­laxed in the af­ter­noon sun­shine. Oth­ers en­joyed brows­ing the store, which stayed open late.

Nick Bianchi, di­rec­tor, said: “It’s al­ways a de­light to host our sum­mer party, which is a reg­u­lar fix­ture in the Arighi Bianchi cal­en­dar and is just one of the ways we can thank our cus­tomers for their con­tin­u­ing sup­port. It’s also a great way to in­tro­duce new cus­tomers to our unique store and to show them ev­ery­thing we have to of­fer.”

Es­tab­lished in 1854, Arighi Bianchi is a fourth gen­er­a­tion fam­ily busi­ness housed in a Grade II listed build­ing. The store is lo­cated on the his­toric Silk Road in Mac­cles­field and re­cently cel­e­brated its 160th an­niver­sary.
