Shock and horror as
HOW you reacted to the devastating news on our Facebook page: ●● ‘FOUR people are trapped following an explosion a mill in Bosley. Police are describing it as a major incident,’ Friday, July 17 Elizabeth Jennings: I drove through the thick smoke this morning as I travelled from Buglawton to Macc via Bosley lights. It was awful and the emergency vehicles just kept going past – really upsetting to think about what was going on. I hope everyone is okay x thinking of everyone involved. Kerry Carousel: Thinking about the families of all involved. Mags Long: Just arrived back home, yes on the Leek Road at 9.30am very chaotic with police/ ambulances and fire brigades, did think at the time could possibly be ‘the wood mill’.
My heart and prayers go out to all concerned. Emma McEvoy: I got stuck there. There are fire engines, lots of police, helicopters. It looks very serious. Tamsyn Buckley: Thinking about all the families, this is so sad. Lorna Shepherdson: It’s great to see that £2,600 has been raised so far. Thank you Susannah Jenkinson Lynn for taking the time to set up a just giving page.
I left Macclesfield 10 years ago but most of my family still live there so it’s still very close to my heart.
Please if you haven’t donated yet, even if it’s only £1, please donate and help everyone who has suffered and are still suffering. ●● ‘POLICE name four people missing after blast destroyed mill,’ Sunday, July 19 Trish Lewis: Devastating....!
